Yeah, I saw AOGs own Havoc_Online TRYING to sport the Hello Kitty E-Mag on Sunday.
He had some LAME excuse about his acting up or something.
I think he may have been trying to get his level of game up to Capos by using her marker......

Beginning of the day I used mine. It was acting up, didnt have time to mess with it between games so I grabbed Clares. I ended up going back to mine later(see below).

Same exact problems! As it turns out, I got the same results because I was using the same vert breech for both of them with the HALO, the ball pressure was slipping past the ball detent causing the a.c.e. to wig out on me.

At first I thought the a.c.e. was the problem, so I adjusted to see everything so I wasnt capped(simply turning the a.c.e. off was slowing down my bursts, not full second bursts but I could feel a difference)

The level 10 was kicking in all day, I was either double loading or hearing "psst- psst" . no chops at all but I did get a very unwanted share of barrel breaks.

After thinking things over I am sure it's the ball detent. I need a tougher one.

Still, considering all the marker issues I feel I managed to do okay on the field, at least I was told. I feel I could have done better, I missed a good number of shots because of the stupid angel detents. I was happy to finally meet Yudanja out there who came up to me "HEY, that's the X-Kitty! You must be Havoc..." I'll ask him to post his little story he used to put a smile on my face about people asking "Who the heck is using a mag out here!?".

langrage - you werent in town were you? roach usually tells me when he's coming but I havent been out to the field too much lately, either way though, I was practicing with Mox Nix and Syndicate whom were having a closed practice cept for allowing little ol me to join them:).

Webmaster, hijack his sig file and put in Capo's marker.

I had a similar problem with a long dwell rate on my Warp when I used to run a 12v revvy, it would double feed occasionally once the revvy caught up, fixed it by tweaking the nubbins and switching to a HALO. This definitely sounds like you need a stronger ball detent.

I had the same problem last weekend with my Xmag. I thought it was the ace, then the paint, etc.... It was doing exactly what you were saying. I decided to try a hunch and dropped down to the lightest (shortest) spring and it worked perfectly.

(I was at a field that I needed to drop my velocity down to around 270fps. When I brought it back up to 290fps the middle spring worked fine.)

Before answering that, i've reffed her this summer.

I'm not trying to cause poo, Capo was really nice to meet, but you're really putting her on a pedastal that she really shouldn't be on.

Wow, sorry to say but you are DEAD wrong. Even IF you have reffed her, big deal! You saw one day of play, worse case - she had a bad day. please, No one on this planet knows her better than me. I'll be the first to let you know that she is a warrior with loads of talent. She practices head to head with people and teams that would eat you alive. Any team that has her on thier side is blessed imo. I'd really like to know where you reffed her- at IAO? all the reffs did nothing but praise her, at shatnerball? rec games dont count, so where? plz. do tell.:rolleyes: I'd put my money on her against any other two people.

Capo may or may not be the greatest player.
Big deal....She IS one of the ambassadors of paintball.
One of those folks that shows another side of our sport.
A GOOD SIDE!!! Not a pi$$ing, moaning, toy flinging, crying like a freshly beat stepchild when they get called out player.
From what I have seen she has great days and good days and an occasional bad day. Even on the bad day, she still plays fair and square and REPRESENTS what it could and should be - always with a smile even after something like an alledged face plant at an AOG play day in front of her piers!

You are right, she doesn't need a pedastal, she stands tall on her merits.

OK, back to harassing Havoc......go get him cphilip!
