How do I make a picture my CS spray?

Go download Wally @ www.countermap.counter-strike.net

Open pic and make sure it complies with the spray rules, the open Wally, goto the HL Decal maker, set it up, then add in your pic and save it to your desktop as "pldecal.wad". Then open your cstrike directory and drop it in there. Of course it will ask if you want to replace the current one :D Go for it.

I make maps and script for CS :D m3 c5 3xp3rt.. LOL
