on that ebay one for 900 some odd dollrs he says 3000-800psi tank. does he mean 800 cu cause thats one hell of a tank.

It means its 3000 psi, and the output pressure is preset at 800psi...sounds like he knows what he talking about, just trying to rip some poor sucker off ;)
