this may sound like a stupid question but how do u install the leash on a fill nipple cover to your nitro tank? do u need to unscrew the fill nipple? If so should i have an airsmith do it? Nitro is very new to me, so i not sure what to do. Thanks

You can put it lots of places... its ment just incase the nipple cover falls off you dont loose it. I put my leesh on my macro fitting

I unscrewed the burst disk cover and put it under there (tank was empty of course ;) )

i have a screw in so i cant put but it by my macroline fitting. When u screwed your burstdisk back on, did u put locktite or teflon tape on it?

you should never remove the burst disc to install it there. Theoretically they are supposed to be torqued on. Just slide the ring on the Macro...works for me;)

He has a pre-set screw in, the burst disc is really the only place to put it (atleast on my tank) if you are worried about doing it yourself then get your local airsmith to do it.

Either put it on your fill nipple, or put it on the gun side of the hose. The only time you really need to worry about getting junk in your fill nipple is when you're playing, unless you occasionally roll around in the dirt with your tank. Just put it over your macro/SS line, whatever you use, and when you screw the tank in put the cover over.

On my flatline it's under the fill nipple, but that's the only tank of mine i have one on. I don't usually dig with my tank, not too worried.

I did the same as AcemanPB because I have a preset screw-in and there is nothing close to attach it to without it stretching to the other end of my drop.

i know where i can put it. I just wanted to know when u screw in your fill nipple or burst disk, what do u need to put on it? Like teflon tape of locktite. I dont want to unscrew the fill nipple then when i get it fill and have it leak of something. Thats all i really needed to know.

Thanks for all your replies.
