SoCal People SC Village on the 22nd

For all the SoCal AO'ers that dont know about SoCalMagPB http://groups.yahoo.com/group/SoCalMagPB/ its a little group of us AO'ers around So.Cal that we use for setting up local get-togethers and games. We are planning on playing at SC village this Saterday the 22nd, so if inyone else is intrested just say so, or show up and look for al the mags, iny group of more than 2 mags stand out here in SoCal so we shouldent be to hard to find:)

Which fields are you guys gonna be at, rec or tourney?

Im not realy shure:confused: LOL there hasent been much talk about what fields were going to play. Cm_Dane is realy the person that started geting people together, I just put it up here for everyone else, If I hear iny thing about the fields I will post it.

Ok, I pm'd him, as of now I'll be there with 1 or two other guys. Wow, mag users other than me at SC, that'll be somethin'.:D

The group of people that I normally play with play the rec fields, but I'm trying to get a couple of speedball games going.

As for when and where, we normally meet at between 8:15 and 8:45, just before rules. As for where, if you were standing at the entrance to Bosnia (helicopter field) and looked into the parking lot, we normally park to the left, and 1 row out from the screen. Just look for a '98 silver F-150 Extra can w/ shell. That'll be me.

I'm trying to convince my brother in law to switch from Cocker to Mag, so if I'm not out at the truck, I'll be at the shooting range. :) Just look for the Warp fed RT Pro. :)

If I can remember I will bring my Digital camera allso. But it seems that it alwase gets left at home:( I am bringing my Cousin along, this will only be his second time playing and he will be using a Spyder Flash so please dont laugh at him(I sold it to him for money to build my new mag:D ) If I can find another sear piviot pin in my parts box I may let him use my other mag

I have bad memories of SC.............last time i made the treck out there my car got hit by a UFO and it cost me 200 to fix it. Damn rock just fell outa the sky. Well i might be able to make it if

CMDane and the people he brought played rec. I tried, I really tried to play rec, but the call of the speedball fields were just too much. So Nobody077, his cousin? Mike, and I went to play speedball. Lot more games. Lot more paint. Had fun on both though.

Btw, I hate that Kuwait field. Stupid trenches. :mad: :D :)

First off, who used my cell phone to call AGD? Not that I mind, but it would've been nice to know. :)

I had a blast, and it was lots of fun seeing the guys that showed up. I *really* wanted to hit the speedball fields, but I was in a quandry. Play with my girlfriend and her brother-in-law, or speedball and hear about it for the next month. Next time we get together, I'm definately going to hit the speedball field.

Awesome time, great guys to play with and a truckload of questions about the RT Pro and the Warp. Great day!

It was a pretty good day, if you don't mind the HORDES OF PLAYERS! I just remembered why I really don't go to SCVIllage. That and the smell of cows every where. I relly hoped to play Taliban City though. But there was about 4 private groups playing and they reserved the non-woods fields to them. The beginning of the day was not very good for me. My lvl10 wasn't working right and had a hard time bumping up my velocity. But after going to the next lowest carrier, I was rocking! Pretty much play was not great in the morning. But after have pizza for lunch, we killed the other team. We actually pushed forward and they fell back to the tape in most of the games. Not a bad day after four months of no play.

Yes it was a good day and I realy dident mean to bunker the little kid:D He was the 3rd bunker in my Rambo run. I got to a late start after a few gun and nitro tank problems but once I got a few things worked out I had a great time. Next time out I should have my Retro LX with warp dialed in so I wont have to use my Cocker, I may even put my classice back together for my Cousin to use.
