Paintball on Ripley's Believe it or Not!

Yup. Tonite a martial arts master attempts to catch paintballs in mid-air. The great thing is, they ARE wearing masks!! That's great, because most shows on TV show people without masks. Props to Ripley's!

Nope, they'll probably do it at the end of the show. I saw an ad about it, so hopefully they'll show it tonite. I'll keep watching.

Yup, it's on tonite!! The gun looks like a Wal-Mart brand and it's chronographed at 230. The masks looked like JT's.

i just saw the preview for it and he is wearing goggles and it looks like ht eshooter has a procarbine with a sight and backbottle

he is wearing like renegade wear and the shooter DOESNT have gogles on, he is wearing sunglasses

I only got a quick glance at the marker. The shooter isn't wearing a mask though.:mad:

Hey, no problem! Awhile ago on TLC they had a paintball Junkyard Wars, it was pretty good and I recorded it. I'd like to see stations like these do more shows that have paintball on it.

plus why the hell did they need fricking paramedics! that was dumb they're just trying to make it look more dangerous than it really is!!!

i'm glad he was wearing goggles, but the shooter should've been wearing them, so should've Dean Cain...

overall i give it a C+

That totally blew, it really pissed me off when they said "We have parmetices on stafff because of the threat of serious injurys" Honestly do they think we are that bad? At least they had a nice looking chronograph, and there was a cocker on the intro.

I ran to my tv right as I saw this and saw the very end of him catching the paintballs, than to the show girl, and than to the doggy armor.

Edit : 12 balls in 60 seconds? That's not that impressive, I mean 230 fps with that much shirt... too easy, I wear a jersey and a tshirt and get more bounces playing with 299 fps (most people chrono above 290 but under 300 at my field)

Yea... It isn't that hard that slow and range.

Also, it's a Marker, not a gun.

Paramedics thing was pointless.. but I guess they have to do that for the show.

I have the paintball tank Junkyard Wars in a video file, I taped it with my computer.

We watched it projected onto a sheet at Tippmann vs. the World shortly after it was on TV.
