why do some emags (standard emags) have a gripframe which is absolutly straight and others have a little "curve" on the back of their frame?????

The straight gripframe is called the ULE (ultra light engineering) gripframe. This has been milled out as much as possible, making it extremely light. The gripframe with the curve in the back is the standard e-mag gripframe, and weighs more than the ULE frame.

Yes, the colored e-mags come stock with the ULE frame, and usually the ULE rail as well. The ULE rail is basically a stock rail that has been milled out to the max. ULE rails are different from stock rails externally by the back piece, near the valve, that should have a groove carved into it. On stock rails the groove isn't there, it's just flat.
