I'm going to carry 4-140 tubes and 3-100 tubes in my Redz Dimension 4.3

That's 860 rounds. Plus at least 140 in the loader. Half case of paint, on my 'person.' hhahaha.

My buddies can just carry leftover paint in the bags. :)

One of our back men carries 9 140's plus a full Eggo and warp. He shoots just about all of it in a 7 minute game. This year he might even take 2 tubes in his pants pockets.

Thats 1460 without the extra 2 tubes, and 1740 with! But, thats his job and we are going to start a paint sharing program so that we can help fund his 3-4 case a tournament habbit.:D

Our team always gets team paint. Each player uses as much as he needs and we split the cost. That way the back players (like me) don't get screwed.

yes but he isnt paying for the paint :)
our team is so anal about paying for what we use, entirely because we are horribly poor

I only carry three 100 round pods with me and a hopper, and ive yet to shoot a whole hopper in a game

The idea is that by playing back, you NEED to shoot alot more then someone playing front. Therefore the all share...

Try playing in 10 man, back center. You need to give cover fire 110% of time,so your front guys can move!

I guess I'd be too poor to waste my paint shooting that guy coming to bunker you. Too bad for you.:D ;)

lol
We never shoot down lanes
We never shoot random balls
We never shoot in a place that might possibly be a person that can pop up
We never do anything but conserve balls and shoot at something we can SEE

and yet we still place well, im proud of us :)

They need a "Shoots few balls but places well" award

i carry 2 140's and a 12 oz. co2. i rarely use more than a hopper...

I carry four 140's and revvy full. I play front and shoot my hopper plus one to two pods a game. Although when I'm playing recball I try not to use more than a hopper a game, but I finding that to get more and more difficult *wishes he had a phantom* :)

Well, players need to not think of paint cost at all when playing, just shoot.Otherwise you'll go crazy and not concentrate on your game.

10 140's  and hopper...just to make sure.. and a full eggo....I had a bad experience before not having paint on the feild....so now i always have to bring more then i shoot..:D even if i use a 12oz tank;)

hmm.....i wish my team wasnt so cheap.....we go in on team paint, but they all whine and moan at me when i shoot 3 pods and a hopper covering their asses, i'm like.."ok well then how about i only go out with a hopper and we'll see how fast you get bunkered" that usually shuts them up

my team is soo incredibly cheap..they brought 2, yes 2 cases of paint to a 5man tourney with 6 prelim games! i almost dropped dead when i saw the amount of paint they brought! i made them pool $$ to buy another 3 cases..morons......

I only carry 4 pods and a revy usually. But I'd be a liar if I said you'd never see me with all 10 and a revy from time to time.

i play 5 man up front and only carry 2 140s and a revy full and thats plenty for me and i still average 1 elimination per game of course my back player is dropin 5 140s a game but thats thier job isnt it:)?? the way we manage paint is a back player shares with a front when buying a case and that way they both get as much as they need.(even tho front guys get screwed its just how it works out to be). but when im playin woods or rec i got 6 140s and my hopper topped off

Yeah i bet you guys move alot.

I carry 2 Pods, dont you like a challenge for rec ball. I mean for tourney ball i friggin used to shoot all my 4 150s but for rec 180 in hopper and 2 150 pods are more than enough.

Make a challenge for yourself, us cocker owners always need to find one so it seems ;)

When I play recball many times the field will call hopper only games (hopper-ball). These games are usually the most fun because there is less paint in the air. It's also alot more fair on the kids with the guns that can't dump paint like the Angels and E-mags.

Also it's funny to see the seasoned back players run out of paint in the first few secconds of the game :D

I will agree, different amount of paint for rec and for tourney. As for my mobility being limited... it's not the paint, it's the gut!

It's even funnier when you see that big back player with 7+ pod pack digging opponents out on the 50.

I will admit, I get the giggles when I bunker a mid. I'm rolling on the floor when I bunker their back player.

Oh, I just slap a BE sticker on the box. :D

I'm saddened to say I've only played speedball on one occassion, and it was walk-on so there were like eight gajillion (yes, I counted...eight gajillion!!) people on each team, and my tippy and I were forced by our team to just wait in the back until people got out. We'll find out soon how much paint I can go through while sypmathizing with my wallet though.
