MC theft

I'd like to figure out the equation for thefts in MC, at least for when they have no security. (we won't be able to find out how much security they have) So, if you're trying a theft, please state:
Your driver level
Your RAD number
Credits spent scoping
Credits spent planning
If they have an alarm (it might be possible......)
