I know it doesn't compare with Miscue's nasty leg break, but it really really hurts!
I kicked my wife's dresser. while stumbling around in the dark before work...derrrr!

I feel for you guy…… I have done that a few times. Good thing is that they tend to heal by themselves rather well. :D
Now you have a “sympathy weapon”.. USE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

That's gotta suck. I hate broken toes... was in a leg cast for 6 months because of one. No fun at all.

Who needs that toe anyway, it doesn't serve a purpose. I say leave it that way and it'll eventually fall off from gangrene, you'll be better off in the long run. :p

I did the same thing to the same toe but on my left foot last week... I kicked my kit bag which I'd left in the hallway... that will teach me to put my paintball stuff away... :(

Last time I broke my pappa toe, I ended up getting reoccurring in-grown toe nail. I had to go to the foot docter a few times before he realized it was reoccurring every month.
Eventually it went away, but that was a god damn pain!

I broke my big toe (on my right foot) the same way. Of course, I did it halfway through a 29 week bowling league (although I still bowled. My foot actually felt better in my bowling shoes than in my regular shoes).

I busted the same toe in a weapon sparring tournament 5 months ago, it went through some amazing colors.

haha. you play with all sorts of weapons and explosives at work. but it's a simple piece of furniture at home that takes you down. that'll teach you to let your guard down.
warped1: it's the middle toe so his balance will be fine on that foot. he needs to cut off the same toe on the other foot though. :p

Army, I stress fractured all my left toes on a road march once. I was too "manly" to go to the doctor immediately...waited till I could no longer get my boot on. ALL my toes swelled up like that. they gave me a stupid hobble shoe, which is essentially a flat piece of wood, with cloth wrapped around your foot to hold it on. Had it on for like 2 weeks, went home on leave, wrestled with my brother, and he grabbed my toes and squeezed. Hard. Needless to say, they were rebroken. Broken toes suck.

Seee this is what ya get for being ARMY... if you were a loser Air Force guy like me that is easly light duty for a month+ and some free surgery.
