I have a right hand feed mag with a ricochet 2k, and gasthrough grip. Im looking for a good, mid priced barrel that can be the only barrel i'll ever need. I currently have a jj ceramic, and am very unhappy w/ it. Ive looked around and found the following barrels. please give as many suggestions and comments as you can! Thanks sooooo much!!!

32* Carbon Fiber SS
Dye Xcel
SP All American
SP Tear Drop
SP Boss Progressive

(all these barrels are in between $40 and $70, so thats the price range im looking for, please add your comments and suggestions!)

I don't know if they make them anymore, but I've got a 32 Degrees stainless for my Mini--and I've never had a problem with it. In fact, it's been about 5 years since I've even used a squeegee! I paid $69 for it 5 years ago--might be cheaper now.
I've been looking at the Xcel aluminum though--for lighter weight purposes. Anyone got any feedback on that barrel?

There's a few SmartParts AA's for sale up on Ebay. They are asking $40+free shipping for the buy it now feature. They are all new and are 12" and 14".

If I were you, I'd look around to try and find a Lapco barrel. I've got an Autospirit and a Big Shot both in stainless. A buddy of mine uses the same set except his are in aluminum. We both love our Lapco barrels!

Another good choice for you might be the Lapco Bigshot, for the money, in my opinion, you can't beat them!!!

thanks so much for all your feedback! Its great to know that someone can post on this forum, and get so many good replies. I was thinking, has anyone heard about the 32* Carbon Fiber, AA, or Dye Xcel more in depth????
THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

32* = crap......I would stay away

the AA is a nice barrle. medium bore, will fit most paints fairly well.

THe Dye excel is large bore. nice barrel if you can find paint to fit well in it.

Do you guys think a 16 inch J&J performance is any good for 80.00? or should I go with the DYE Boomstick?
