I talked to the shocktech guys at Mardi Gras and they said they'll anno some breeches pewter in the next batch of stuff they do for a tiny fee. The best idea is to wait until we can get ahold of a couple of raw lowrise breeches and send them to shocktech.

...well they look pretty close to completion in that shot. I notice the Boards, HES's and Selenoids are mounted. Looks like the ACE boards are not yet in and the final leg from then to the batteries is not there by evidence of the dangling wires. If that was in we would be looking at 20 minutes a piece to finish em each up and even that wouldn't take too long. But I do not know if those pictures were snapped on Friday when they were posted or not. They are close though. I would think at least some of them may ship on Monday though. And it shouldn't take too long to finish them all up. But we do not know what day that picture was taken so they may be further along than that. It would be easier to take a picture of all the components like that at that stage than to try and get all the markers together for a group shot. Last I heard they expected to ship on Monday but that may not be all of them ship monday and that was (as always) subject to change. I do know I do not want one rushed! If it takes another day then take it and do it right! And I am sure that is what they will do. :)

Now here is exactly how Tom phrased it: Xmags shipping next week the 10th.

So you could take that one of two ways... Shipping next week ON the 10th or Shipping next week OF the 10th. There is an action verb or even a comma missing in the statement. Most likely by clever design? That Devil is taunting us isn't he? Toying with our emotions? ;)

I think they are the triggers...I may br wrong. Just a guess.

By Golly you may be right. OK look at them this way. Triggers lined up on both sides of some kind of a rack to hold em. Alternating side to side facing each other. But on that darker cylinder of a rack they are most likely holding themselves on by the trigger magnet or something. I believe that is what they are. Look at it carefully and you can imagine and make it out...

YES...Some of them are ordered by Dealers and may not be spoken for. Thats possible...and I am sure if they have any free when they get them they will let you know. Brian Terry had several extra's last time and so did RobAGD. People sometimes back out on the Dealer at the last minute and do not have the money or even sometimes a dealer will speculate and order some. And they would have done so around last July or August to be getting any of this batch. So keep your eye out and maybe...

you can ask, yes. he can have one in for you around June. what phil ment is that SOME dealers may have orderd them back in August. If they did and there are some that are unclaimed, then those dealers may be willing to sell

In fact I know of three X mags sold to people last batch that were ordered by dealers over a year before that and went unclaimed and were snapped up as soon as those dealers put out the notice that they were available. It could happen again for a few of them this time. But those dealers took a chance and ordered them LONG ago. So did these that will be getting them next week.

If you wanted to, why not notify those dealers that you want to be on a waiting or will call list if they get one? They may do that. but be prepared to take whatever color they get. Over the next few batches I am certain a few will come available like that. And many dealers would probably like to get them sold quickly after they get them. And would maybe start down thier call list for them if this was to happen.
