my splatmaster is broken, PLEASE HELP!

i wanted to play stock class so much today but my splatmaster isnt working!!! i put a oring as a spacer in there and now im having muchos problemos. i air it up with a new 12 g, and cocked it, and when it shoots it doesnt release ANY co2. i dont know whether this has to do wtih the spacer as i took it out, and it didnt work, and hten put 2 in, and it didnt work. can someone please help me so i can play tomorrow?

btw: if it helps at all i was using all full new 12 grams. they were workign fine in my friends blade (dont laugh, he was using it to handicap himself... and cause hes too po to play semi)
