i chronoed my mag to play today, and this is the speeds i got:

294
292
291

thats pretty good in my book :D

oh yes and on my RTP too!

292 304 285....

oh...thats not very consistent:(

Every mag I have ever owned has always chrono'd for the most part +- 1 on the chrono....

My SFL is always +-18 on the chrono... must be my Centerflag Hyperflow screw-in preset tank...oh well, getting the AGD Flatline 68/4500 in a few days. =)

I think my SFL just likes to mess with me..... Indoor Field limit is 260 by us - I hit up the chrono, after ajusting a bit..... 245, 246, 247, 246...... 218 !!!!!, 243.... hehehe

What a finicky lady she be.

i usually get about +-2 or 3, depends on paint and conditions, ec, but my micro emag is damn consistent.

I seriously doubt it is your tank that is causing that.........cause when you chrono you ussualy do it one shot at a time......very slowing. so even a really slow charging, crappy tank will chrono the same as a high performace one. (because the internal reg of the AIR/Retro valve is doing the regulation work) I would say you need to check your reg seat and oil your regpiston.

I pulled out a mag and threw a 48/3000 pure energy on it... 285 284 285 285 286 289 284 283 285.

Havoc... I know the xmag is good... but it's not THAT good ;)

(I do get +/- 0 over the chrono)

just match you paint and tune your gun. use a good flow tank and there ya go.

Don't have any numbers to share, but My RT is consistant :)

Does a good paint to barrel match really help consistency?

I am waiting for my Equation to get here. I'm hoping this is gonna help my consistency some..

good barrel to paint helps tremendously. it really will tighten up that grouping.
