Check the orings on the powertube tip as well as inside the powertube. If that doesn't solve it, there's a chance your powertube spacer is wrong and is causing the leak.

sounds like you need to replace the powertube O ring. probably worn out...

is the power tube o-ring a floppy blue disc???

No. The powertube oring is INSIDE the long slender tube after you take the bolt off.

Take the valve out of the body, take the bolt off the front of the valve and unscrew the brass tip. In a classic (non level 10) configuration a spring or spacer should come out first, then underneath will be your power tube O ring (or not as the case may be!)

The blue disc is a bumper to stop the bolt hitting the body.

it could also be the on/off assembly inside the valve but it also could be a simple o ring.

o-ring was fine, replaced it anyway. There was a peace of shell inside the grip frame, where the trigger trips the sear or whateveer.
