OK, I have figured out the dyno and spark gap, and my "more or less sleeper" Mustang is making 661hp at 98.66%. Non intercooled... muahahaha... anyway...

Here is my latest time slip from the test run...

R/T: 1.623
60ft: 2.228
300ft: 4.758
1/8: 7.429
MPH: 93.26
1000: 9.595
1320: 11.514
MPH: 117.50

and my setup:

Tire pressure F (5-50) = 35
Tire pressure R (5-50) = 32
Damper F (1-16) = 8
Damper R (1-16) = 11
Camber F (-5 - +5) = 0

The car is a rear-wheel-drive model.

I'm at driver level 3 right now, this car has to be able to go faster than this in the quarter...

any help would be greatly appreciated!

i have thesame prob... i set the tire and dampers trhe way the info says but it just hurts my time... try to get your dyno to 99.XX (XX being w/e ever you can get) so if yu get the tuning down let me know to! ;)

I have been having problems with the dyno too. For all i can tell bumping the numbers randomly gives you more hp. Is anyone else having a hard time with MC going really really slow right now?

You want the dampers to be lower on whatever drive system it is. so you want low number dampers on the Front wheels of a FWD car, and higher numbers on the Rear wheels.

in my garage, look at your EXP, it should have a percentage by it. You have to be at 100% or higher to upgrade your skill level, by doing the training. it takes A LOT of races.

I recommend you race people who are worth a lot more than you, just for IMs, as you'll gain a whole lot of exp from them (even if you lose). Also, burn your last credits cruising for IMs, since better players will race you for your IMs when you're offline, and you'll gain a lot of Exp that way.

back On topic.. I thought the Dampers were opposite???

You need to lower the spark pulg gap to about .030-.032 ish... different on each car. Also for the tuning, you need to look at how close the green bar is to 12.5 at each of the rpm levels, and adjust each one indiviually to get it close to 12.5.

well, being a moron I lost that car in a pinkslip race... that makes 2 this session...

but I have won 3 so far, so I am ahead a bit... now i have a cobra R making over 800 hp, going around 10.5 in the quarter with an RT of around 1.3 average... :D
