Just got it in the mail today (WooHoo!) Very well made, and holds the tank very securely. Good quality stuff.

Got mine today too and it is sweet.

I highly recommend it to everyone with a flatline.

Would it be possible to get a gloss black one made to work with a horizontal impulse max-flo? I would really like one, whats there price?

shameless plug (http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=66240)
He plans on but hasn't made the dovetails yet, but plans on it.
not sure about getting one specifically for your max flo.

I wonder if he could make is to that the pin is on the side of the plock and not the bottom. If he did that I would buy one. (my tank cover would get in the way)

he uses the screw to tighten it down, vs the NW which has a wingnut in the back and the pin. It might be possible to do the screw in the side, but I don't think it would be worth reworking the design.

maybe just a longer drop to clear the tank then.

maybe just a longer drop to clear the tank then. ...or just use a drop that fits your particular application.

You know, it's a lot of work to re-design and manufacture a different unit for everyone This design works for Flatlines, with their funky two-screw band clamp (one time, at band clamp...oops, a little off-tangent there :) )

Plus this thread is for ME to show off my new drop...check out DataPimp69's post in the dealer's forum :D

like russ said jump over to my thread (http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=66240)

and get all your questions there.

but in short, the dovetailes in a week or 2, and they will be a little redisgned and lower not longer to fit more tanks better.

i made this one to fit a flatline and i made it tight, thats how i ilke it.

the next one will be more universal.
