I'm counting more breeches then you have frames, I'm guessing the warp breeches in most cases are being shipped as with some of the frames in addition to the low rise center feed.

Called the office to preorder/order a warp left breech in gloss black, the nice lady that answered the phone said that there isn't any part numbers to order breeches, so I'm wondering how one goes about ordering the extra breeches when they place the order for their Xmag. I have a CnC Xmag now and would like to purchase or preorder a warp breech for it.

Breeches? Well...

It was my understanding that you specified breeches both in number and in type when you placed the order for the Marker. Or you could have and should have. And if you were specific and willing to pay the extra $50 then you could get both. I regret not ordering both myself so I may face this some day in the future. But I could have. And most likely should have.

Now... that said...dealing with it after the fact is what you are trying to do. And since they seem to not have it in the order database...and that is because its not an item they carry outside of it being a part option of a new marker order. At least not yet. I suspect the new marker orders is how they group the parts to send them to anno. So if they have any outside of those I would suspect they are raw. Its something that will have to be delt with as to how to get one done. Tom will have to answer that one and fix that issue.

However, from the original pricing threads I always thought (that one came standard or) you could order both initially, it was just a higher initial list price? I was never aware that both came included at some "lower" price (whatever that was).

The first 11 of them (the light blue ones) that were at IAO last summer were offered as a package if you wanted both modules. But it was still a little more for the two. But they had them. I think thats what Tuna was remembering. But if I recall it was still a little more for both modules even then.

Cphilip, I just assume both modules were included in the price. But I didn't order it, I just walked into Pevs in Fairfax, VA the day they came in and RobAGD said he might have something you want. The rest is a true American love story about a man and his marker. So AOers don't hate me because I have no idea what people are talking about when it comes to a "waiting list", hehe :D For the lucky few getting them, you will love this marker.

Actually, it's not that bad... anytime I order from AGD direct, or anywhere in the Chicagoland I get it next day, irregardless of what service I request. That is of course to Wisconsin however.

I went back and forth between flat and gloss myself. Finaly ended up on the Gloss but just the luck of the timing realy. Had to make up my mind.

One thing for certain the Black realy shows off the line of the marker. Dead Sexy in Black.

The X-Mags are just incredible. I own one yet I cant wait till more are finished. Seeing the process really makes you appreciate such a fine product.

LOL! well it may be your imagination. But I do tend to take spells and such on that. I get busy with projects and don't post as much. And you kinda get burned out after a while and have to kind of cut back some to keep the Joy level up. I was realy working on the truck there a few weeks back and that slowed me down some. I am on my final project on that Truck now and back posting a bit more. But never fear I am always watching even if I am not responding as much.

That Silver is hot too!

I am not too fond of the Pewter. Its darker than I would have imagined. I suspect it looks better in person though. But I am glad I changed to the Black. I still am torn on the Matte black though. Would like to see one of those too.

Phil, he said it back when the x-mags were first being introduced in the cnc, and tom was saying how he really didnt want to do them in the mag colors like black. HE wanted them to be flashy etc, because we all know, agd hasnt hadn any "shiney" for a good while! Its good to see that they are offering black, as it loks really sexy... Too bad its no sfl!;)

Well I think what he ment was he wanted to dispell the critisim of the Emag not being able to have so many colors. Especially on the body. So I think that is taken out of context to what he was trying to say was he WASN"T going to push to do many black ones. He wanted to make sure a lot of colors where out there early on is all. The thing is that Black was always a best color choice and still is. But seems people always want what they cannot have. So they grip when its not a choice. Given a choice most people know that Black works with everything. And its the sensible choice. You can always add color with accessories. And the thing looks so Dam Sexy in Black!!!! :D

Just talked to JJ and asked him to look and see what these Barrels were. He tells me they are coming with the Bodies so they must be AGDE made or at least someone they have make them for them we can assume. He says they are labeled .688 bore. So medium or so. Tight medium would be the guess here.

I am going to have a Roller Trigger put onto mine while its there so that may delay me a few days. Assuming they have time to do it for me.

Ya it is sorta isn't it? Its one of those colors you never seem to be able to predict. It can be lighter or even a little darker than that. And it looks lighter in certain light.

And you know the lates Flatline Reg is almost a perfect match for that. It may indeed be perfect if I could lay one up beside it and see.

Does anyone have any more information on what kind of barrels come with the X-Mag (i.e. length, bore size, etc)?

Mine shipped today and is coming in on Friday! Assuming UPS is on time. It now has a Roller Trigger on it and then was professionaly custom tuned by JJ himself. Yes with a Hammer! :D
