Tom, this summer when I have the money to order an X-Mag, would I be able to get it polished or chromed instead of having it anodized?
lmk, thanks

well... most anodizing places also do chrome plating
but a high-polished x-mag and x-valve would be very beautifil also! :D

Don't expect to have any warranty afterwards.

If you do a chemical crome plating it doesn't put much thickness on. The surface is still very hard and shiney though.

um... the point is to have a raw x-mag polished or nickle/chrome plated... the micro e-mags come in nickle... and they work just fine... i just want a pretty x-mag to be shiney :p
and if you guys can do this for me... could you also hold onto Polished Reverse X-Mag Valve #XT00420 for the gun? :)
tom! come in here!

It's not the nickle plating that causes the problems, its manufacturing tolerance problems.
