E-Mag on-off pin .712 vs .714

I know the difference is small, but my E-Mag's on-off pin is .714. Should I freak out and buy a new $14 one?

If it works, don't worry about it. If you are using calipers they could be off by 2/1000". I know when I measured mine if I just randomly clamped it in the calipers it would measure .7135, if I took my time, made sure it was straight and really cranked down on the tension it was right on at .712. The standard accuarcy of a good set of digital calipers is +/- .001".

Yeah, my digital calipers have a leeway of .001. My E-Mag seems to work fine, but can be tricky in M mode. I put my trigger rod back to spec but have had not had a chance to try it out at the field.

Do you have LX? If so, I found it tricky to initally set it up so that all my modes worked and worked well. It was much easier to set up my LX system for E-mode and hybrid but when I would try straight M-mode it would hesitate and not always fire. I found adding another shim and increasing my air pressure got it to work in all modes.

Yes I have an LX, long spring, 2 shims and #2 carrier (could be wrong about the carrier size). I have a screw-in Crossfire 68/30 stub, so the pressure it puts out is the pressure I get :) I have no shootdown, leaking or resetting probs, just a massively long trigger pull in M mode.

Sounds like you might want to lengthen your trigger rod by a hair. I know I lengthened mine by ~.015" and it gave me a little snappier of a pull.
