HALO B Upgrade Update...

For anyone lame enough to have been following my HALO B upgrade "issues"...here goes. :)

The upgraded "A" to "B" has yet again arrived from the Odyssey skunk works, this time in full working order. It was shipped out Monday, and it arrived, repaired, today, Friday. The invoice said,

"The motor burned out due to a snag in the gearbox cover causing excess drag on it. I replaced both"

Again, even though things don't always work out the first time like we'd hope, good companies are willing to stand behind their products and make it right for the customer. if you know did the clear halo shells came in today or not? i hope mine will get in before next weekend got a tourney to go to or i will have to use that stupid egg2

After sitting in the off season, and having a tiny bit of paint sitting inside of the shells, I had to order new ones. I would have eagerly paid for new shells, since it was MY fault for not cleaning out the shells 100%.

Odyssey has sent some brand new shells. I might even get them next week.
