fill station

any 1 know where i can get bulk tanks for a fill? i know where i can get a nice 3300 psi 80 cubic ft scuba tank, but how about a 4500 tank?

when i went to get my scuba i asked them about a 4500 tank but they told me that the only 4500psi scubas made were out of the country. they told me it would be hard and really exspensive to get one. im not sure if this is correct but it is what i was told from the lady at the scuba shop.
