I use the Adidas Copa Mundal. They are great for the dry area where I play soccer. They have little ankle support, so you can cut and weave like no other. I have used these cleats since I was 10. A great product. Get them cheap at www.soccer.com

I use my bro's Adidas FootBall Cleets, I've got no clue what the name of them are, but unlike the soccer cleets they have a high Top, which I like for ankle support.

1/4 inch adidas football spikes or sambas, sambas are good even on dirt, best all around shoe in my opinion.

I would say it is a personal preference thing...everyone likes different kinds of shoes(im a basketball player so believe me) so go to a store pick one that suits you and go paintballin :)

Just get what ever you like best. I had a pair of baseball cleats that lasted about 3 years of play and last summer I got some nike football cleats, it is all up to you. If you have weak ankles then get high tops and you should have at least one pair of bigger cleats for when it is muddy out but for dry grass/dirt even cross-training, running or basketball shoes should work fine.

I have a pair of Rawlings baseball cleats for like 10 dollars that I picked up last season and they have been hit with every kind of torture (from grassy fields to mud, rock, and ice) I can think of and still going strong!!!!

I used some Nike Soccer shoes last time I played and they worked great. At one point, I felt like I was going to slip but the shoes held on like a charm so that I could get some traction. I like these shoes alot and alot less expensive that the Dye ATC's.

I wear Adidas (soccer I think)cleats also for most of the time, but when there are a lot of big rocks (or boulders as some might call them) or on an indoor/artificial turf I try to wear something without cleats. If anyone was wondering why I said boulders, I live in NJ and play in PA often and there are a few fields that are in the mountains where I would NOT recommend wearing cleats.

When I first played paintball I used Vans. Everyone played in camos so it was the only way I could identify myself in the videos! Hey there's me with the black vans!

I just grab a pair of shoes out of the pile. Lets see i have some tony halk skate shoes, some etinies, my new vans have not got ragged out enough yet. I used to wear buts when i first started playing paintball.

I use a pait of cheap adidas football cleats. their a hitop sneaker and work great for outdoor. For indoor I use a pair of reebok running shoes. They work pretty good depending on the carpet (bad carpet like a rexplex they were lousy at but they rocked at cousins in hauphaug LI). Just a quick note, if you plan on playing tourneys be careful in the cleats you buy. Ones with metal spikes aren't allowed at most tourneys b/c of the risk of damaging the sup-air bunkers.
