Here's a question for you all.....
I need to order some plastic barrel nubbins, and did a double take when I saw the shipping cost of $7.91 for my $6.00 order. I understand UPS rates and what not, so no problem there. I did some searching in the threads and apparently, I can phone in and request USPS delivery. However, at the bottom of the order page, there's a little note saying that phone orders are an additional $5.00. I'm thoroughly confused.
