after a while you learn what the telltale giveaways of fake images are, but they usually require atleast a moderately high-res photo.

heck, even AP had a few photos that turned out to be doctored (for composition only)

quick mask is the work of the debil, and get 7.0, after using the healing brush, i doubt i'll be using the clone stamp again any time soon

That one showed up on the Los Angeles Times front page. The photographer was fired for breaching company policies. For anyone who haven't seen the picture, The photographer took part of one coalition soldier and overlayed it on another picture. Here's the PIC (http://www.latimes.com/news/custom/showcase/la-ednote_blurb.blurb). Look on the left side of the altered photo and you can see the sqwatting man appearing twice in it. There are also two other civilians who appears twice.
