ULE problem

Hey i just got a ULE, but the ball detent for my body rail is preventing it from seating right, how do i remove the ball detent?

You mean the twist lock piece that the barrel locks onto?

It's press fit so you need an arbor press or a hammer and a flat surface with a hole in it so the detent can go through that hole when it's pressed out.
