preset N2 tank

i am new to the automag although i have been playing paintball for a couple of years and am considering buying one. i do however have a couple of questions. i have done a number of searches throughout the site to find the answers ive needed and have come up with not a whole lot. first, if i got a preset N2 that was at about 800 psi would i have to buy a secondary reg to lower it at all for the mag? i ask this because i know these guns do require high pressure. second, how fast would i be able to shoot the stock mag valve with out experiencing any shootdown? thank you

No, the A.I.R. valve is a regulator. And I think at about 13 bps u will start to experience some shotdown.

The A.I.R. valve is good beyond 13bps. THe only thing holding it back is tank recharge and your finger.
