HELP Me Fix 12v Rev Please

well... i am a dumb ace and i dropped my new 12v rev on the ground... it is failing to turn on, do you know wat is wrong with it?

it thee a good connection with the batteries?

Make sure that all the parts in the motor are connected. Same thing happened to me, the motor parts, were not connected.
