Well i traded tanks with this guy. I ship my tank first(stupid because he had no feedback, but i figured if he screwed me over i could drive 2 hours and solve the problem). He gets my tank 2 days later. About 2 weeks later he finaly ships his tank to me. Then i get it and fill it up and the fill nipple will not even hold over 400psi.
