How do i join the AO gang?

I keep seing all these AO-XX fort wherever you are. Ive noticed theres probably a handfull of AOUK. How do i get this privalige?:D

Just an FYI though- there are signature image limits. Few lines of text and one image of "x" size. There was a thread in Paintball Talk by Tom himself explaining.
