View Full Version : Help!! my gun is loud and i dont think thats a good thing

Hello all i need some help i dont know much about paintball fixing soo heres my problem.

RT Pro left feed

the gun is insanely loud each time i fire it makes a cool but disturbing smoke coming from the barrel and the feed is this normal??

if not how do i fix it!1 please help thx :)

There is nothing wrong with your gun. If you are looking for a quieter report, use a barrel with lots of porting (holes drilled into it) The "smoke" is just the gas expanding, you are using HPA/Nitro, correct?

I'm assuming you're using the stick R/T Pro barrel. I had the same barrel on my E-Mag, and I love it!

i used a 12" JnJ 2 Peice and a 3000 psi 68ci tank

but i have a crappy bolt so i think its the bolt barrel and i think its running to fast but i dont have a chrono to check it

to tell you honestly i have no idea the person i bought it from told me it was old and thats all so im thinking of getting a boomstick with a lvl x bolt

The velocity might be up way high, try turning it down and see what happens.

well im new to this gun and i dont even have a manual with this thing how do i turn it up or down? and how would i know if its better or worse?

there is a place for a 1/8 allen wrench turn it clock wise to turn it up and counter-clock wise to turn it down

is it in the back of the gun like the screw part the wide one or the back back or you have any idea im desperate><

That's the video that's supposed to come with RT/RTpros. It tells you ALOT of good info to know about your gun.
