New to paintball,[ 6 months], searching here and only getting more confused. I have a stock emag, warp, warp left mainbody, freak front/back, 12v revy, remote. I searched on the ULE and have questions. Is this only on the mainbody, or also on the frame? I see some of the members can mill the stock units, is this where you see the most weight loss, or buying the Ule parts and having these lightened? I don't need the fancy colors, just a black finish. I have found some answers out, but am still confused. With the ULE mainbody do you use cocker barrels? Thanks for any help and answers. :D

barrel thread info is in there.

Next, yes the ULE is significantly lighter than cutting down the other bodies.

I got a ULE body and put it on a hyperframed\xvalve setup. It is significantly lighter than my EMAG...

There are ULE Rails and ULE Trigger Frames, but the AGD store doesn't show them, except I think there is an unfinished ULE Rail. TunaMan might have some though...

ULE in regards to Emags (guys correct me if I'm wrong) comes in 3 parts.
1. ULE grip frame (easily distingushed from non ULE due to lack of the "hump" on the back)
2. ULE rail (the only visual difference on an asembled gun is the milled areas on the "wings" in the back)
3. ULE bodies (cocker threaded, and will fit on all mags)

What is stock I think varies on the age of your Emag. Mine came with all the heavy parts. :)
I think they all come with the ULE grip frames now. The difference between the stock solid rail and a ULE or milled one is pretty significant. The same can be said of the ULE bodies vs. the SS ones. I still have my old grip frame, so I can't speak about the weight differences between the 2. I like the "hump" so I have no plans on changing it.

figure you are going to save about 4oz(more or less) per part, ULE vs regular rail, ULE vs SS body, SS valve vs X valve. don't know about the frame, but should be about 4oz as well. that is over 1lb saving over the whole marker

I milled out my rail, got ule body and xvalve, and the difference is amazing.

This is clearing up alot of questions. I see AGD website has the vertical feed mainbody on the website. Does it come in a warp feed left? As for the rails and frame, do they also offer them or can you get them from other members. thanks again for the answers.

The only Mag the ULE body won't fit is the old school RT's since the valve is considerably smaller then the rest of the Mag lineup.

Sell a HK USP9 and a HK USP40 and you can afford one. Talked to an AGD Tech a few minutes ago, He said in the next few months they will have a ULE left warp feed body and a ULE rail for this body. He said the weight savings over buying the ULE frame is very little. thanks for the answers again.

JT2002, they're not illegal, they just have a ban on selling them i think. (not sure though so don't flame me if i'm wrong)

AR-15's are not illegal, M-16's are. The AR-15 is only semi-automatic, it has no flash supressor, and no bayonet lug. The M-16, however, has a 3-shot burst capability, a flash supressor, and the bayonet lug making it illegal for civillians to own. If you have alot of money, you can get a Class III liscense and buy an M-16 for around $6,000. But, to do that, there is alot of red tape and paperwork.

- Oh, and there is a ban on AR-15's in a few states such as California.
