I can't wait for the chat party. But this being my first time, I have a few questions. How do I get into the chat party, what do I do, and how do I win. If anyone could help it would be much apreciated.

See at the top right of menu options for AO you see forums + chat? Scroll on that and click chat. Then put your name in and connect. They will tel lyou how to win once you are in there.
