Hey guys/gals ... I was wanting to know if any of you Gimp or Photoshop experts could point me to a tutorial or give me some hints on how to do black text with white edging. I am working on the layout of my teams jersey's and wanted to know to best way to that.

I have access to Gimp (on my *nix box) and Photoshop 7 (on my Mac Cube) so either one will help.

Thanks for the help,

Aaron

In photoshop, create two laters of the same text..One white one black.. Put the black on top of the white, then select the white layer.. run your Neon glow plugin, fool with the sliders and boom, your good.

Ok.

Make your text how you want it...

Go to Layer-Raterize-Type

Now make sure your main color is white

Go to Edit-Stroke

Select how many pixels you want it to go on the outside and walla
