that is an OTP G4 barrel system. very nice barrel. the only thing i dont like about it is the inserts. they screw in, which is nice, but they are only about 2 inches long.

at $100, it is a steal. that is normally a $150-180 barrel system.

You picture is an OTP High Percision barrel kit (not G3. The G3s have colored inserts). Check this link (http://www.pbreview.com/products/reviews/1532/) The MSRP is $200. I have an OTP G1 barrel and it works great, $100 sounds like a good price.
