im getting this diesel machine on saturday morning, and im gonna be riding it all damn weekend! my brother and i are both freeriders, and he got a bullit, and now ive got this! 2003 kona stinky! just thought id share the good news, but on the other hand paintball is taking a back seat for a bit, seeing as i have to pay my parents back roughly $900. but its all good!

UPDATE!!

i got it today!!!!! i love this bike!! i can do stand-up wheelies, and i can fly on this and it predals AMAZINGLY!! i hit stairs, bombed down hills, flew off jumps, nailed the skinnys, and everything else! this is a dream come true!!!

I have a trek 4900... defentally not as nice, but its better than a wall-mart bike :D
Congrats.. and wow I couldnt stand having to earn 900 dollars just to be able to play paintball again :p

its not to play paintball again, its just im going to have to "divert" some of my "funds" to this instead of only playing paintball

Oooooo... a dual-suspension! :) They're great until you try hillclimbs. But they're absolutely wonderful for downhill!

Dont buy a mongoose?
You are going to be misrable on trails of your bike isnt atleast a hard tail.. (front suspention only)

Edit: I hate going up hill when my rear suspension is all the way up... its like 1000x more work than when it is toned down, but then you lose the point of it!! Agh!

Man my friend used to have a huffy (but then he got a trek 4900 as well) and that thing was like REALLY heavy.. it was small too.. I bet it was made out of SS...
I used to have a huffy from like '89 and well, that was painful..

Nice but i'm not a fan of Konas much...all the ones i know have problems. Big Hit or RM7 is where it is at

Yes that definately looks nice. Really dig the disk brakes.
It looked as if it has a really short wheelbase though.Made for a short guy.
I prefer a bit longer frame , but I guess thats because I am a bit taller guy.
