We have received several packages with the old-style RA numbers that are gone from our damaged repair database. Many of the customers are not in our new system. Since we tell everyone to write down their RA numbers, I'm hoping to get some of these identified through this forum.

If you are - or THINK you are - the person who owns one of these products, PLEASE email me at office@airgun.com with the following information:

Your first and last names
First and last names of the sender if different
Your address and phone number
Description of the item
Reason why you sent it to us (what's wrong with it, were you buying something to be installed (if so, we've lost all your payment information)
Did it need special shipping for return to you, and do you want us to require a signature when it is sent back to you?
If you sent only part of your gun without the valve, we need your valve's serial number, too.

1. RA 92209 - sender's last name Little - Ontario, CA - Classic
2. RA 92617 - Daniels - Illinois - Warp Feed
3. RA 92462 - Lindberg - FPO - Classic
4. RA 92476 - Sanchez - California - RT

If this doesn't work, we'll send letters to these people, I guess.

We are sorry for the delays in Tech - the loss of our repair database information has been a nightmare for us!
