Question…. How on earth would AO “help you” if you decide to sue him? And no matter how many other people he may or may not have “ripped off” or “scammed” you don’t even know if YOU are yet.

If he does not follow through with his end of the auction, contact EBay. AO is not the place to come to for that. Sure, folks here can rant and rave and post bad things about the guy, but none of that will help get your money back.

If you used check or mo, you can put a stop payment on it before he gets it. It will cost you probably 10 bucks. I always use credit card/paypal on ebay purchases, so I am protected by its fraud protection. While paypal itself is very poor protection, credit card company offers a good one.

You are protected for 175 bucks as well from ebay.

also, reading through the pbnation post, the cxjohnson is from westcovina california, or possibly arizona, but this is from NC. Johnson is a common name. His last purchase was for his car, not RC as mossman put it. He may be legit. Did you send the fund to NC or california?

So the auction ended just yesterday, you have no proof this person is a "scammer," he has better feedback than you, and you're not going to pay him?

I'd neg you myself if I could.
