Ok, not a lot of excitment Thursday night, but we were up late in typical AGD (Tom) fashion. A small group of us did learn the secret behind the oring.

no more money, no more energy, but had one hell of a time, played around with the mech trigger that was all sorts of lightness, reunited 6/35ths of the SFLers, got shot a lot, drank some beers with new friends(though not as much as others :P ), and learned many things ranging from o rings to Impulses

We might gotten you on video, let's see how that turns out. I also have about 50 pictures from Adam's camera that I have not uploaded yet. I'm gonna sort through those and upload them this evening. There were just too many to do that at the field.

I think that the next event I am going to have to draft my brother to come out and help me. It's hard to take pics and get them uploaded quickly and keep track of who you are shooting.

Well Im planning on making the NJAO day and I will bring along my Canon GL-1 and I can prolly do some filming for you too. What did the steadycam jr. run you? I really need some kind of steady cam. I have heard that glide cam's really arent that great.

they are between $400-$600 it depends on if you want the lcd screen or not. they are shipping right now...im gonna test them at my local field as soon as they arrive.

do you do video for a living...or just for fun? ive got a tricked out XL1 with lots of upgrades for sale...lol. i love it when PB infiltrates everyday life.

Ah this weekend was fun. I've yet to see a field setup this nice. They had indoor plumbing! AND they filled to 4500.

Anyways, great to see all the "AO Regulars" again. :) I guess the next time we'll all meet is either IAO or NJ AOD3!

For those of you who went to the megameet and are planning on attending the NJ AOD, I might be able to give you all a place to stay, instead of having you rent a hotel room.

Wish I had gotten to play more than I did this weekend.... the SFL was down for the entire Weekend. Quoting Tom Kaye - "I have never seen anything like this" - that in regard to my SFL having nutty Emode problems.... something wrong with a transitor or board or sumtin.

Got to play with the Super Light Mech Trigger all weekend, but was sick all day sunday.... wutever... i had a good time regardless. Met bunch cool nutty AOers and such.

wow what a good weekend it was, but today was to long after missing our train, i just got home at midnight but it was worth it, an awesome weekend of play and it was nice meeting all u guys in person, but the best part of the weekend was prob the hulk gloves and tater wearing them when we went to the hotel bar, it was so awesome. another highlight was lorenzo(wc keep) getting owned by the little kid, hahahaha anyways its time for bed, but u can all now call me mary, ask jon for the story, hehe.

we were travelling through connecticut and mossman decided to drive in the carpool lane (there was 3 of us, minimum was 2) doing 80mph

he gets pulled over by a State Trooper, has no ID. long story short, the trooper lets him go, and at the end of the conversation, sam says to the trooper "can I buy you a meal?"

i will never forget this, as long as I live. i told jon about this story as we were leaving the 2nd day.. he laughed his *** off.

I got in some gametime with the Chord 2 Body, Super Light Mech. Trigger Frame that Tom is using in the above video, during Sundays Big Game. That thing rips. I have my SFL trigger set sweet, but for a Mech Frame... NOTHING beats that....

This is the most fun I have had since ummmmm.............. ever. Drank WWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY too much, shot way too much paint and spent way too much money, but I met a ton of killer AOers and had a ton of fun. I would like to thank my fellow back man DaySpring for gettting me and Lo-rise at the airport and driving us all around this weekend and all the way home. Tom Kaye for having the coolest forum on the net. Everybocy that can out to make it a killer event. The honeys that 1) Danced in their room window 2) kept riding the glass elevator up and down 3) the girls trying to distract me while I schooled thier dates at darts.......yummy. Three Rivers Paintball for the 4500 fills and a nice airball field. We WILL have to do this again.


Don't forget the Sheraton Four Points for putting up with 40 crazed, drunken, lustful and rowdy PBers all weekend.

This pic has a funny story(but not for me), someone and I played a 2on1 game against Hardrock maybe, but I really have no idea. But anyway, right off the break I sprint to the snake without being seen, make my way up till I'm a good 15ft away from him, draw my right sydarm, aim...fire...only there was no fire, so I curse the gun and raise up my left hand sydarm, at which point I'm guessing he heard me cursing for he was looking right at me... so I scurred around for a minute until I eventually got shot-up

Minutes later I reallized that I never tightened the CO2 cap...DOH...stupid...stupid, could of been sweet

Sorry i dident say hi earlier, just getting back from the 3 day ban Load gave me for cussin at him durring speedball :D

i had a great time, i wish i had gotten a chance to be part of all the hotel madness. I spent way to much $$ sober so maybe its a good thing i stayed away. ahhh the memories, the best one that comes to mind is seeing baller puke as soon as the truck he opened the door on sunday :p

Ooooo at least we have pics of me actually gearing up to play - couple up of me in backround man-handling the Chord2 Body with Clear Halo on top. I rocked some kids with it while I was playing for 30min. Super Light Mech Trigger. shall be mine.

Yah... towards the end of the day, I got about 30min in during the Big Game. Dunno how I even got on the field though, could barely stand up let alone run down some kids with the SUper Light Mech. Trigger :D

So like how light is this ULE Trigger Frame?? Just curious because I never liked the way my old minimag trigger felt... I'm downloading that ule video posted earlier... so maybe that will help answer some questions. If only i had broadband...

The trigger weight, according to Tom, is supposed to be 1/3 of a regular trigger. I'm inclined to agree with him.

It was mostly loose dirt. I never heard anyone complain.

i thought the surface was great, made footing real easy to get and allowed for some nice slides... no complaints here... well except for Bad Company... but there a bunch of pansies

yeah i had no complaints about the footing, it was actually quite nice and like blkspk said it was actually kinda nice and did slide pretty good.

I had no problems with the stones/dirt. It made for good traction and nice slides at the same time. Like Load said... I didnt hear any complaints. Besides, "Bob's Crab Shack" had no problems beating some of the All Americans on that stone/dirt surface... right Load? :D
