I need to talk to Tom, or someone who can speak for him.

Having a hard time getting a hold of anyone.

I need some tech specs on the classic mags, and the RTPs. I also need to speak with him about aftermarket add-ons, and AGDs warranty.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

ask the forum in general. Believe me, what may not be known can usually be found out, even if it does involve a little reverse engineering.

you might want to call about the warranty thing, though.

simply talk to an AGD tech... just post asking about this in the paintball talk forum, where there is usually a bit more traffic

well, the warrantee is pretty clear cut and laid out in the tech support faq on their website. Basically on most aftermarket add on to the valve(reactor, zvalve, ANS parts) and trigger frame(dye), except for the ptp benchmark accesories, and smartmag(except for black box) they will not work on. I don't know about body rail. (this is all laid out on their warrantee policy, and while they may make exception, It is better to ship it AGD only parts as possible)

length of on/off and trigger rod specs are posted here in AO tech section. I don't know what else you need. I've found that I can fix anything using the video, exploded view and what the pin length/trigger rod length. (and on trigger rod length, I can usually eyeball it when I put together a micromag)

AGD tech support is good though, so they will answer questions when you call them. also, you will get answer here. if you ask

You guys misunderstand.

I don't own a mag, I don't need one worked on.

I'm the owner of a company, and we are currently producing vert frames for Impulses. Many have voiced a want for a mag vert frame, which I sould be happy to fill. I just need a little information about the frame. (Bolt spread, distance from center of front bolt to the center of the trigger pivot, and the width and length of the trigger rod groove, to be exact.)

I also want to talk to Tom, to see if I can say for sure that my frame won't void anyone's warranty.

If someone other than Tom can answer my questions, and tell me for sure (like in writing) about the warranty thing, great. Just that much less for Tom to have to deal with.

Thanks for your time.

The company has turned off the ability to send Emails to AGD the user, and the company via the website.

If I could have done that, I would have already, and skipped this whole ordeal.

I have PM'ed AGD the user, but have gotten no answer as of yet.

Thanks for the suggestion though.

Have you tried calling the office or emailing [email protected]? All of this is on the www.airgun.com contact page.

Have you been to the contact page lately?

They aren't accepting any more emails, and I have called, but got no answer.

I'm not trying to be rude or anything, I just need to talk to the guy, I don't need 47 people posting to tell me to look on the contact page.

If it were that simple, I would have found out what I wanted to know already.

Funny, I was just there before I posted my previous post. It had a full slew of phone numbers to contact. I also tried emailing [email protected] and didn't get a bounce. Perhaps you should read what people are suggesting vs discounting it out-of-hand.

I remember you doing something very similar when people gave you web site feedback.

I though I remembered you from somewhere.

You must have miricle dust in your browser cache, cause here is the link to the contact page.

It says no more emails. (http://www.airgun.com/contact_us.shtml)

Try being correct before you lecture me.

Thanks

Go ahead, live in your little ignorant world. Don't actually try and contact people that you say you have an interest in contacting. Then go ahead an alienate potential customers by abusing people that try to help you. No skin off my back.

Man, insults already.

Does that mean I win? :D

I'm pretty sure I don't want to do any business with you anyway, so go ahead and be alienated.

To everyone else who posted here: Thank you for helping me out. I appreciate it greatly. Hexis and I have a bit of bad blood going here, which started long before this. Pay him little heed, I do.

I have also changed my mind as to my plan of action. There is no big hurry anymore, so I will just contine to call until I get to talk to the right person.

But just in case - Tom, if you see this, shoot me an email.

Thanks

Maybe you should refresh your attitude as well as your browser... LOL... When I look at the page on my machine, it is just as he says.

Really, bad blood huh? I hadn't thought so. But whatever makes you feel better. You are absolutely right that I am not a prospective customer of yours. I could have been. I like many tried point you in the right direction. My post was an honest attempt to help. It was met with hostility. You do the math.

In the mean time I have traded a few emails with folks at AGD. Maybe I do have magic dust on my machine. Maybe they just don’t like you. I can imagine why. Then again, perhaps you could try what people suggest instead of thinking they are automatically wrong.

Their website said no emails, so I took it at face value.

I was being polite, and respecting their wishes.

I am going ahead with the design of the vert automag frame, and I will hash out the warranty thing with Tom when I get a prototype cut.

Once again, I thank you for the email address.

I forwarded this thread to him and told him to take a look at it. He very rarely reads the tech forum.
