I dont know what forum to put this is people would prolly get mad if I put it in classifieds so here goes....

I just got like 7 graphing calculators from a family friend who just retired as a math teacher. I know nothing about math and even less about graphing calculators, but I hear they can be bought new for like 100$$ a pop. So I figure I could resell them for like 50? Is that a good price? Would anyone buy them if i listed through ebay. Basically what im saying is...is it worth the hassle? CMON MATH PEOPLE HELP ME OUT.

BTW the name of them is TI-82 or Texas Instruments 82.

ADVICE!

How do you get them for 20? In canada there 120. If you posted them someone would probably buy them. You can trick somepeople into thinking it's still a good calculator. like 40 might be a good price?

I'll give ya $50 for all 7.

Might be a bit of a lowball, but ya get all of em' off your hands pretty easy. :)

hmmm sounds like a good offer...but I have a BETTER plan;)

Im going to post them on ebay seperately, and leave out the fact that they are TI-82. Ill just take pictures of them and let the people figure it out themselves. Ill make them sound really cool and list them at about 40$ each.

Ill link you guys to the thread when I do it. If noone buys them ill contact you Irbodden.

if they are unopened you will get about 40-50
if they are opened you could get anywere from 10-30

it all depends on your advritizing.

I used to work at Stapols and i got 25% off "small electronics" so i would buy a few TI-83's at a time then sell them to freshmen for like $90. They think they'r gitting a deal (they were technicaly) and I made a lil extra. That was untill i tryed to get a few for a bigger "discount":D
