I have a question I was tuning my level 10, and as I was gassing up to test the shims, it was fine, then for no reason just started leaking. Then I was testing the mainspring and it did pretty much the same thing. I would screw in the tank (3A 71 ci. 4500 psi), the marker would gas up, be OK, then start leaking.

It's a brand new mini mag and a brand new tank

I am also new to HPA, could it be that my tank was about 500 on the gauge. HELP. thanx.

It's not your vertical adapter. On my mag I have to have more than 700 psi to fire, and below that it will leak the rest of the air in the tank out, I think. Try and get your tank filled and see if the same thing happens. If it does then you probably do have something wrong with your vertical adapter.

you have to tell us exactly where it's leaking from. if it's down the barrel or out the back it might be a level 10 problem but if it's coming from the vertical adapter it could be the elbows/gaslines.

Is it leaking down the barrel? If so you usually need to go to a smaller carrier\fewer shims.

Is it leaking out the vert adapter? Everything screwed in well and sealed with teflon tape or loctite?
