Hey all,

I just got a new set of Dye '03 grips for my Intelliframe tonight and the part that wraps around the back split on me. Just wondering if anybody else out there have had this problem. It seems that if I cut off that part the grip would still look good, but wanted to check around here and see if that is what people might be doing. Thanks in advance for your time.

A couple of us had the same thing happen. Call Dye and tell them what happened. They are supposed to send replacements. When I emailed them last, they said my name was on the list. I am still waiting on mine.

Saw Blennidae's post and had already purchased a set of blue 03's. Dipped them into boiled water for a short time and slipped it over my oiled up iframe. Worked grade and never ripped until I tried to take them off for putting in the microswitch 1 month later. Have to be real gentle with these grips.

Microsoft style: "it's not a bug, it's a FEATURE"

fancy tearaway backs for mag owners... lol

Oh, don't get me started on these things... ;)

well, DYE acted all responsible and all, but many months later... still no grips. for what it's worth, i think the 02's are much better. but the 03's look so sweet...
