different colored grips with same intelliframe?

i noticed that some ppl have one color sticky with their intelliframe, and some have another. both are black, but different shades. here are pics to clarify, i'm just curious why they wouldn't give a standard colored grip for the frame..

I'm guessing that would be camera quality?

Well, black looks different depending on how the light hits it. You can take the same marker, which is all black, and photograph it 10 times and come back looking like 10 different shades of black. Also, if you leave black rubber in the sun for any extended period of time, it will lighten. Look at the rubber trim on cars. Look at tires. I know I have to treat them to keep them dark black.

I hope this helps… they DO give a standard color grip for the frame… BLACK. :D

You should see some of the pictures Tom took of some of his markers. The colors don’t look right at all.

When I take pictures of things, I sometimes have to alter them in Photoshop just to get the colors to look like they really do in real life. This is not uncommon.

Look at it this way, there is an entire industry devoded to color management in photography. Those are both black Sticky grips. Really.

Yes the top pic was taken by my camera. I had it set on floresent lighting so it added a wierd shade to it. If you are talking about the frame well mabe ones gloss and ones matte. But mine is gloss, but the other one looks glossy to.
