Hi, i am looking into buying a friend's used 68 Automag Classic with a Bottomline kit and a 12" J+J Ceramic Barrel, he is asking $175, some say this is a good deal, others say its a bad one, what do you guys think? thanks

umnm its an alright deal, i got a chrome classic with chrome drop forward anf foregrip and an intellfram and a jj ceramic for 210

Eh, it's not to bad. You won't have to pay shipping, and if it doesn't work you could always beat him up and get your money back. There are some better deals out there (like in the classified forums), but sometimes it takes a while to find a good deal. As long as the 'Mag is in good condition though, it's a fair deal.

That sound like a decent deal to me, if I wanted a mag id get that

yep and no shipping either, but to reply to the thread again if you want or need a gun now then i'd say go for it, but if your willling to wait then scan the classifieds for a better deal

I pretty much need a new gun, I started last year and made the mistake of getting an entry-level marker, a PMI Piranha BL VF, now, when fellow players all had same level guns, it wasnt a big difference, but now the community is getting Cockers, Mags, and the like, and it doesnt have the potential to keep up at all. Thanks for the input, and I will probably make this purchase in the next week or so.

sounds pretty good. Could be better, but its always nice to buy stuff locally.
