Not too long ago..I went retro through AGD by trading in my old valve. At that time...the lvl10 just barely came out. I was kind of hesitant about trading it in because I thought they will offer they two together. But I did it anyways. To my dismay, the X-valve came out a few months later. I was wondering whats the main difference...besides that the X-valve is made out of mostly aluminum and includes the lvl10 bolt. And whats the price of trading in the retro-valve for the X-valve....plus, I haven't even played with the retro-valve either.

other than the aluminum construction and the included level 10, theres no difference. i wouldnt recommend getting the xvalve, because you get no dicount on a tradein. just buy level 10, and youll be set.

What about the ULT? They said something about the 1 o-ring compared to the 2 o-ring....the 1-o-ring (on my retro) would not work with the ULT

if its a fairly recent retro valve, you should be able to use the ule trigger.

I'm begining to think that it would be cheaper if I just sold me retro and buy the new X-valve colored and ULE body....that way it comes with the ule trigger and lvl 10..hehehe Thats if I wait though.
