View Full Version : Will you buy a ULE trigger if it is not Tourney legal?

If Tom ups the reactivity of the ULE to prevent Chuffing (A word which makes me laugh), it may cause it to be Illegal by NPPL rules. I suppose it would be fairly easy to bounce.

If that is done? Would you buy it anyway?

I'll start off with a yes because I don't play in tourneys, and if I do I'll just use my E-Mag or OG RT.

I wouldn't mind at all if it was something I could easily swap out with my old sear/trigger to make my gun tourney legal.

If TK decides to release it, I will get one Regardless. I would however prefer it to be adjustable.

I would still like to have one in my E-mag. Better battery life always sounds good to me.

I would like it to be an adjustable kit also.

Why are all these emag owners talking so much about saving battery life? Does the emag eat the battery life? Is it really that big of deal? Can't you just plug it in every night before you play and have it be fine...or does it run out of batteries in a case or something?

ditto, adjustable kit...even if it makes it a higher price point. most users will appreciate the flexibility.

Scrap it. Up until this project, everything been nearly flawless, so instead of putting out an "inferior" drop in mod, they should scrap it and concentrate on one of the other billion projects that are only 90% done, like warp left ULE's...........

don't scrap it completely, unless you're working on an efficiency upgrade :D. Just think of all the time that would of been wasted . . .

I would buy one even if it took 30 minutes to swap! Doubtful;)

I am confused where Tom said it is flawed? Last thing I read said that it MAY increase chauffing. You guys are blowing this way way out of porportion.

Test it first and then judge!

Oh hell yes. I would love to add this to my emag. Switching from electro to mechanical currently stinks. It takes way to much force to pull in mechanical mode. I dont know how all you mech heads do it. If the price is right, who cares if it is tourney legal or not. There are so many markers that sweet spot fullly auto now days it isnt funny. Just my 2 cents.

As the tournament series my team plays in isn't that strict about trigger bounce, sweet-spotting, etc, I'd probably get one for my E-Mag just because it's the next upgrade and I wouldn't want to be left behind :) .

I think tom should take the time needed to "fix" the ule trigger.

It may take another year.. or a couple more months but i think we will be getting a much better product out of it in the end.
