Is there any e-mag conversion kits for mags?

There used to be. They don't do it anymore. You're better off selling the gun you have and buying a used Emag.

And no. Building one out of parts is not cheaper either. The gripframe itself will run you $200 easy. Then the board is another couple hundred.

actually, Pro team still does conversions, I dont know about a kit, but they do convert.
