NW On/Off

Anyone know what kind of o-ring goes around the on/off pin in one of these suckers? Mine tore for whatever reason and the NW site does not have a working e-mail address. These are the on/offs that usually come with the spoon drop they sell. The o-rings are black and squishy leading me to believe they are regular rubber orings I can pick up at Home Depot. Also, what kind of grease is on it, smells very distinct...
