Would you play in a pump tourney if your local field held one?

If? Our local community does have a Pump League.

sounds like an amazing place...this Houston as you call it

My local is all 12 year olds with angels or tricked cockers (except for me and one teamate)

I would join for fun if the price was a little cheaper, like 75 for a pgp and entry, cuz I would just be their for fun. Any serious player would have their own pump.

I just threw that price out because it seemed the most feasible. My local field charges $30 for entry so they would want atleast that and $70 is a pretty good price for a pgp. Plus they usually run tourneys in a series of four so the markers would be useful over a two-four month period.

the hard part would be deciding which one of my pumps to use....

I was thinking more like a rental. But if I was buying the gun than yah, 100 seems good.

When you say a Pump tournament, do you mean a SC tournament, or just pump in general?

I'm looking forward to Castle Conquest 16. All pumps in the castle. Needless to say, I'll be in the castle... :)

Yea, I might have even read your post. I know I have seen this idea before but wasn't sure if anyone was interested. Since there has been a few replies I'm going to talk to my local field about having one. If any one is interested, the field is located near Philadelphia. I will post more info when I get it.

Pump tournaments. I have no more use for another PGP, so I voted 30 with own marker.

I didn't buy a Grey Ghost, Bushmaster SI, KP-2, AM Illusion, or any of my other pumps just to then go to a tournament and have to buy another.

Besides with pumps especially. How good you are with the marker, and how broken in it is .... those are EXTREMELY important. Sorry but I have to break in the pump handle before I even think of using it in a tournament. And that takes me at least 2 cases.

I would love to take my phantom to a tournament of some type. I haven't even had the opertunity to use it yet!

The emag keeps eating all my paintballs. :(

Once i get a barrel that matches the field paint i'll be using my pump for woods games.

The indoor feild near me used to do pump only days durring the summer. I hope they do that again. Pumps are great fun.

Yea my emag used to eat paintballs like it was going out of style. Had to sell it though for car money, now its all pump.
